Meet the Miller family!

Gosh, this family is so near and dear to my heart! I went to college with Lakyn and James and have loved getting to photograph them over the past several years as they build a life together. They are clients turned friends, and it’s been an honor to photograph so many amazing moments in their story since our first session in 2018… From their engagement & wedding day to their anniversary, newborn, and first-year milestones with their sweet girl, Essie.

Speaking of, little miss turned ONE at the end of February, so we celebrated with one-year photos at their home. We’ve taken all of Essie’s first-year milestone photos— newborn, 6-month, and 12-month — at their home in the nursery, and it’s so heartwarming to look back on this past year of photos and growth… My heart!

This session with the Miller family was my favorite yet! I love how Essie’s personality shined and how much fun we had taking these photos.
