Lakyn and James celebrated their wedding day back in 2018… Gosh, it’s hard to believe that they will celebrate THREE married years later this year. We’ve adored these two from the start and are forever thankful to photograph milestones in their life and love story together.
Over the past few months, we’ve been planning this anniversary session. If you know me even just a little by now, then you know that I’m obsessed with anniversary sessions. I’ve said it before and I’ll said it again – these sessions never get old! I encourage all of our couples to get dolled up and dress up in a cute outfit to celebrate your love after the wedding day… Your love should be celebrated and documented! Anniversary sessions are the perfect thing to do just that!
On the night of their session, some heavy clouds rolled in right as we were getting started. But not to worry, we rocked those cloudy skies! I love these photos because I love this couple. It was also such a joy to take these photos at their new country homestead. They closed on the house and new properety eearlier this year and are enjoying country living togethere. What a beautiful season of life these two are living!
