This summer girl is falling in love with fall once again! I’m excited to share Ashley and John’s fall engagement photos at a Chicagoland gem – Cantigny Park!

Meet Ashley and John! These two met on a dating app a few years ago. Last winter, John surprised Ashley by proposing in downtown Naperville. Ashley thought they were going to walk and see the Christmas lights in downtown Naperville. Little did she know, John had a bigger surprise in store!

Since booking their 2022 wedding day with Kara Evans Photographer a few months ago, we’ve been brainstorming details for their engagement session. A few weeks ago, we met up at one of my favorites – Cantigny Park. I’m so glad Ashley and John chose Cantigny for their engagement photos… It was perfect!

I loved exploring this favorite location of mine and sharing its beauty with Ashley and John. These two were so easygoing and trusting of me throughout their engagement session. And after a couple of rainy weeks, the sun even showed off for their session!

I’m obsessing over these two and their photos. Looking forward to photographing their wedding in Chicagoland next June!
