Backyard summer moments with the Witzman boys – does it get any sweeter? Warm weather, green grass, the biggest smiles, and that perfect golden sunset light made for the dreamiest session. It was the best way to kick off June with this wonderful family!
Summer sunset sessions are truly some of my favorites. There’s just something magical about that golden hour light – it’s soft, warm, and completely unmatched. June happens to be my favorite month of the year, and this session was the perfect example of why I love scheduling outdoor photos 1 to 1.5 hours before sunset.
That time of day gives us the most ideal lighting – glowy, flattering, and natural. When you embrace the sunset timing, you’re giving your session the best chance at capturing consistent, beautiful images that match the warm, heartfelt vibe you’ve seen throughout my portfolio. It’s more than just good light… It sets the tone for a relaxed, joyful outdoor photo experience.
