Busy season is starting to slow down and I am finally catching up on all of my editing and blogging and life in general!! This fall season has been full of so many blessings and I am amazed as I watch my business continue to grow. I wouldn’t trade this whirlwind of a life for anything in the world.

Samantha contacted me early last spring to book her October 2014 wedding. She and Devon were planning a wedding to be held at the Iroquois County Fair Grounds in Crescent City, Illinois. Leading up to their big day, Samantha and I often chatted back and forth about details and her excitement for the day. On their wedding day, we were extremely blessed with a 70+ degree day in late October. We couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous day! It was perfect because we had warm weather and the area was very versatile with a lot of space to work with! (A photographers heaven!)

I love little details that add the perfect touch to any event or occasion. This wedding was full of rustic, country charm, and it fit Samantha, Devon, and their boys perfectly! So many of my brides create and craft these intricate details into such beauty on their wedding days. To say Samantha did this is saying the least.. Wait until you see these details below!
