The Walver family has been a part of my life ever since I can remember. I love this family and have no idea what I would do without them!

This family has been supporting my business ever since I became interested in photography four years ago to my successful business today. We have a at least a family session and/or children session each and every year. I officially started By Kara Photo a little over two years ago. During my first two years with photography, it was something fun and enjoyable, but I did not pursue it as a business. At a pivotable point a little over two years ago, I decided that I could see the potential of a growing and successful business, and I took the leap of starting a business. And now, I love what I do.

Small businesses are a blessing. I posted last night on my Facebook page, “I feel so, so blessed to be in this business,” and it is 100% true. I knew that I liked photography four years ago, but I didn’t know that I would grow to love it as much as I do today. There is something so fulfilling about this job. Yes, it can be stressful at times, just like any other job, but it is so rewarding as I have said before. 

It is rewarding to connect with children, couples, and families like the Walvers. I get to see a bit of their daily life and have fun with them! Sometimes the kiddos aren’t so happy or thrilled to be taking photos, but we work through it and end up with beautiful results that are the true you. Your true family. Your true love. These photos are you.

Walver Family – I absolutely love having a photo session with all of you each year, especially now that Sam makes Walver Number 5! Adam, Gabe, and Sam have my heart and I am so thankful that you constantly support my business and are a part of my life!
