Senior portrait sessions are so fun for me because seniors are usually up for my ideas.. And I LOVE that! It is so much fun to move from place to place and cover a lot of ground during a senior session.

Alex is my best friend’s younger brother. I cannot believe that he is a senior already! I remember when Ashlen and her family moved to our small town when we were in seventh grade. It seems like forever ago, but we can remember meeting each other like it was yesterday! It’s absolutely crazy to see how our lives are changing and we are growing up. We feel old now that Alex is a senior and we aren’t even very old ourselves, right Ash?

For Alex’s session, we incorporated basketball, golf, and all-around sports photos because he is very athletic at Milford High School. Our session started at his house and neighboring corn field, then moved to Shewami Country Club’s golf course, a friend’s farm, and ended in the high school gym. I loved that we could show many aspects of Alex’s life through the various locations we shot photos at. 

Senior sessions can vary with the amount of time they take depending on the number of outfits and locations we are incorporating. Let me just say that Alex is probably good on photos for a while now! But he was a trooper 😉
