Oh, this sweet family is as cute as can be!

I remember when I first met Haley last year – she is such a light in life and kind friend. We already felt like we “knew” each other growing up in neighboring communities, but her big project is what officially brought us together. This lady is doing amazing things for couples, locals, and most importantly, her family through her event venue Vintage Oaks Banquet Barn. And I had been lucky enough to photograph her favorite space, so it was quite the honor to be able to photograph her favorite people, too…

Early this summer, Haley and I started chatting about a fall family session, and I’m so glad we did! Haley and Jake have three adorable boys, and I knew they would be so fun to photograph… So we started planning! But let me tell you, the weather has not been in our favor this fall. Haley’s first AND second session dates had to be rescheduled due to rain, but when we finally were able to get together for the session, it was an AMAZING evening. A bit chilly, but amazing! In moments of frustration this fall due to weather, I was so incredibly thankful for a client and friend like Haley that was so understanding. So, so thankful!

Haley is always so talented at styling her kiddos for sessions, and I’m sure by these photos you can see that her style is impeccable. And goodness, what a beautiful momma and daddy these boys have! We started the sunset session on Haley and Jake’s property (where they have gorgeous sunset views I must say!) in their wooded area, and we even let the boys enjoy a little camping scene for a few adorable photos, too! Wait until you see! The pure joy and happiness showing in all of their faces throughout these photos are inspiring. This family’s bond is so strong, faithful, and beautiful!
