I first photographed this family at fall mini sessions in 2017, and I was thrilled when Jodi emailed me in the spring following to schedule another session! It’s always a true joy and honor to work with clients again and again as their life stories unfold!

Leading up to this session, I could not be more excited to see Blakely as an almost one year old since the last time I photographed her she was only close to four months old. We chose to have the session take place in Normal, Illinois – closer to where this sweet family lives. As soon as Blakely greeted me with smiles and waves (and her parents, too!), I thought, “Oh my, has this little lady changed and grown!” I love her personality, sass, and drama… She kept us on our toes for the entire session and kept revealing little parts of her adorable personality to me. She is at such a fun + curious age, and it brought me so much fun to photograph this sweet girl and her parents. This family is so ADORABLE!

We had the most perfect weather for this session, but more importantly, these people are out of this world… They trust me, and I love them so for that! Love, love, love these photos!
