Get ready for a gorgeous wedding day at Town & Country Events!
At the end of July, Kali and Trace shared a gorgeous wedding day at Town & Country Events in Milford. You might remember these two from their engagement session last fall. This couple is kind, fun, and they have the best loved ones as their support system in life and marriage together! It was an honor to photograph their wedding day!
From the Couple
Trace and I have known of each other most of our lives being that we were from the same small town. We did not officially know each other well until my freshman year of high school when he asked me to homecoming. Ever since that night when he asked me to be his girlfriend, we have dated ever since! We have really grown together and grown-up as individuals together, that’s how I knew he was the one. We love being together, our perfect date night is ordering food and watching a movie on Netflix. Along with us is our Maltipoo Ella. She is such a lovable puppy and LOVES spending time with us always.
Trace recently graduated with his master’s in accounting and started a new job. I graduated as a Dental Hygienist last year and enjoy working so much. We felt like this was a perfect time to get married because we have both graduated, and we can focus on our lives together!
The Wedding Day
Kali and Trace were blessed with incredible weather for their late July wedding day… I mean – clouds, sun, a breeze AND 75-degree temperatures – it doesn’t get better than that! Kyle and I started the day in the wedding suite at Town & Country Events where everyone was getting ready. Spirits were high and all the little details were coming together perfectly! I loved photographing the sweet moment when Kali read a letter from Trace in these quiet moments of the morning, too.
Before we knew it, it was time to get Kali dressed and ready for the first look with Trace. They shared an intimate first look indoors at the venue. Trace was speechless when he saw Kali for the first time and the photos of those moments are so very sweet! After the first look, we gathered with the wedding party for photos at the venue and around downtown Milford. Gosh, this day was a dream with Kali and Trace!
As photos wrapped up, the wedding party tucked away at the venue before the ceremony. Kyle and I loved photographing all of the ceremony and reception details at this time – check them out below! Kali’s vision for a romantic and elegant wedding style with dusty rose, gold, greenery, and touches of black and white came together perfectly! And so fun – Trace’s mom works with Sheila, the wedding florist, so Kali and Trace’s wedding flowers were sentimental and, I’m sure, designed with extra love!
Kali and Trace shared a beautiful ceremony surrounded by many loved ones and friends – you could feel the love in the room! Then, it was time to celebrate the newlyweds! Once the reception kicked off and these two enjoyed dinner, we loved sneaking them out for some dreamy sunset photos… I mean, that light was GORGEOUS! Just wait until you see all those glowy gorgeous photos below ?
We rounded out this wedding day with a fun sparkler send-off moment with the newlyweds and their wedding party at Town & Country Events. The perfect note to end this gorgeous wedding day on!
Kali & Trace – Thank you for asking us and trusting us to play a part in your special day. We adore you both, and wish you the happiest marriage together!
