Studio Milestone Photos in Mama's Wedding Dress

When you turn four years old, what better way to celebrate than with a photo session in your mama’s wedding dress? This milestone session with Navie was one of those extra-special ones that will stay with me for a long time. Watching her twirl, smile, and beam with joy in such a meaningful dress… My heart!

After the session, Navie’s mom shared the sweetest story behind this idea:

“A couple months ago, Navie and I were looking through our wedding book and she said, ‘Mommy… your dress is so beautiful. One day can I wear it?’ I instantly wanted to make that ‘one day’ right now… so I did! Last week, for an early birthday present, we took her to do her very own photoshoot in mommy’s wedding dress. That smile? Nothing better! My heart melted the second she put it on, and our sweet girl was on cloud nine the entire time!”

It’s moments like this that remind me why I love what I do. Photography gives us a way to hold on to the little chapters of life that pass far too quickly. Navie’s four-year session was a perfect blend of nostalgia, love, and pure childhood joy. I’m just so grateful to have been the one to document it.
