Happy dancing over here! Dina and Adonis’ snowy Lincoln Park engagement photos were my first engagement photos of the new year, and this session did not disappoint!
Meet Dina and Adonis! I connected with these two back in December after they got engaged and started planning engagement photos in Chicago. Their story goes back to summer 2018 when they met at a housewarming party + game night for a mutual friend. They started a conversation together and quickly realized that they had so much in common… And the rest is history! Now, they’re planning their spring 2022 wedding day together!
On the day of their winter engagement session, it was cold… BUT these two were troopers! Plus, I think the hand warmers I shared for their pockets and between photo spots helped, too! We were thankful for a weekend snowfall of 10+ inches on the ground right before their session. It made for some of the most gorgeous snowy Lincoln Park engagement photos. I mean, these two are the cutest couple! It was also the first time I’d taken snow photos at the Lincoln Park Nature Boardwalk with tons of snow on the ground like this, and I loved it.
I loved walking (read: trekking through the snow, ha!) throughout the Lincoln Park Nature Boardwalk for this session and getting to know Dina and Adonis better. They are quirky, cute, and the perfect match. What an honor to photograph these two!
