Perry Farm Engagement Photos | Taylor & Matthew

I loved meeting Taylor and Matthew for their engagement session at Perry Farm! These two found my work online, and from the very first message, I could tell how excited (and maybe a little nervous!) they were to have their engagement photos taken. They shared that they’ve never done professional photos before, but you would never know it. They were naturals in front of the camera!

Perry Farm was the perfect backdrop for their session because it’s a meaningful place in their story. It’s where they got engaged, so returning there for their photos made it all the more special. I always tell my couples how important it is to choose a session location that means something to you. I know it can feel hard to think of the “perfect” spot, but I love to challenge my couples to dig deep and find a place that truly represents them. A spot that’s part of their love story or a setting that feels like “them.” That’s what makes the photos even more personal and sentimental!

Taylor and Matthew have been together for nearly three years, and you can tell their connection runs deep. Photographing this part of their love story and joy in such a special place was an absolute treat! I’m so excited for these two and all that’s ahead as they plan their wedding day and their future together.
