This sunset family session in Bourbonnais has my heart!
Meet the Letton family! I photographed Janet and Michael’s engagement and wedding back in 2021. Since then, it’s been an honor to welcome them to the studio for photos with their son, Mick, over the winter and to meet up for summer sunset photos this summer.
These people are kind, caring, and the best new parents. I’m thankful to know them, document their special moments, and call them friends. I know that I probably sound like a broken record, but I’ll say it again and again – photographing couples on their wedding days and in the seasons after as they build a family is an incredible joy! Each milestone counts, and it’s an honor to document these moments.
The Lettons live out of state, but we always plan photos when they’re visiting. Talk about an honor! This summer, we met at their family’s farm in Bourbonnais for photos, and it was the perfect summer night. The humidity dropped, the sun peeked out, and baby Mick was all smiles for the session… All big wins in my book!!
