More milestone moments are hitting the blog!

The cutest brothers visited me at the studio this November!! Drake just turned three months old and Kade just turned three years old. All the milestones to celebrate!

After playing the weather game and shuffling this session around a bit, we pivoted to the studio for these milestone photos. I’m grateful to have the studio space to share with my amazing clients, friends, and the local photographer community. I’ve had a few people ask me lately how late into the year I photograph outdoor sessions.

For me, my outdoor season of sessions is May through October and my indoor studio season is November through April. Throughout the past few years, I’ve found this to be the sweet spot for balancing outdoor sessions and our midwest weather! Of course, studio sessions are always taking place throughout the entire year… But November through April is the peak season for studio sessions since I’m not shooting any outdoor sessions during that timeframe. It’s the perfect balance here at Kara Evans Photographer. I’m truly grateful for the studio and my amazing clients throughout all the seasons!

This session with the Witzman boys was so good. These boys were full of smiles and personality for their milestone photos at the studio! Watching them grow is such a gift!!
