Natural Light Studio Family & Newborn Photos | The Moliga Family

There is something so special about capturing a growing family, and the Moliga crew was an absolute joy to have in the studio! This beautiful family of four recently visited me to celebrate the arrival of their newest little love, baby Lolani. At just one week old, Lolani was as calm and content as she could be for her newborn session. And the sweetest part? Her big brother, Koa, was completely smitten! Watching him snuggle and admire his new baby sister melted my heart.

Newborn sessions are always filled with love, warmth, and those fleeting first moments that pass all too quickly. That’s why timing is everything when it comes to newborn photography! As a newborn photographer, I always recommend scheduling these sessions within the first three weeks after your baby arrives. The ideal window, in my experience, is between 1-2 weeks old. This allows parents to have a little time to settle in at home while also ensuring that their baby is still in that sleepy, cuddly stage – perfect for capturing those timeless, cozy newborn portraits.

It was such an honor to document this milestone for the Moliga family. These early days with a new baby are so incredibly special, and I love being able to freeze these moments in time through photography. Welcome to the world, baby Lolani – you are so loved!
