My favorite session with the Carmien family to date! I’ve had all of the one-year milestones in front of my camera throughout the past couple of months. What a gift!!

Sweet Ada just turned ONE, and we celebrated this milestone with photos on the most gorgeous summer evening. Watching Ada and her big sister Annie grow up from behind my lens truly makes my heart so happy – it’s the reason I do what I do.

One special note I have to share… Ada’s first birthday party theme was “The Summer I Turned One” – how perfect is that? My heart just melted when I heard it! This season of milestones is such a joy to document, and I’m so thankful to celebrate them with the Carmien family year after year.
