Leah and Jared could not have asked for more beautiful weather on their outdoor wedding day! The warm, radiant light illuminated their love for one another throughout the entire day.

Last spring, Leah contacted me about photographing her wedding. When Leah and Jared met, Jared lived in Oregon and Leah lived in Illinois. They instantly fell in love! Their love was so powerful that Jared moved across the country to be with Leah in Illinois… He knew that she was the one.

Their intimate June wedding took place at Lincoln Park in Springfield with the ceremony on the bridge and reception in the pavilion. Family and friends traveled from near and far to shower the bride and groom with their love. It was very important to Leah and Jared to remember all of the people that traveled to celebrate their day since it would likely be the only time everyone would be together in one place. What a beautiful reminder of how precious and timeless these moments are!

The mother of the bride put so much work into making this wedding day go smoothly, and I know that Leah and Jared will be forever grateful for her contributions along with the rest of their families!
