There are a few of my couples that plan anniversary photos every year, and Autumn and Michael are one of them!
These two celebrated four years of marriage earlier this summer, and they’re some of our best friends. Their gorgeous summer wedding day really does seem like yesterday, so it’s crazy to think four years have already come and gone.
We love living in the same neighborhood as Autumn and Michael and doing life with them. We’re always looking forward to and happy to share more celebrations, long walks, dinners together, and drinks on the patio in all the years to come of our friendship!

For this year’s session, we met at the Kankakee River State Park for anniversary photos. Of course, their pup, Willy, joined us for photos, too! It was such a beautiful late summer evening for their session. I also showed them one of my favorite photo spots at the Kankakee River State Park along the river. The water was perfect and the light was amazing. Heart eyes!! I truly loved photographing this session.
