Oh my goodness, I just LOVE these two! And I think you will, too 🙂

These two first found me through the Knot and reached out to me in June… As soon as we started talking, I knew they were my people! The kind that simply share their JOY for life and love!

Kait and David grew up across the street from each other – how sweet – and started dating in high school. They’ve been together for years and probably don’t remember life without each other in it. This couple has a love for family, with David’s 8 siblings and Kait’s 2 siblings, so of course, David included them in the proposal. On the day of the proposal, he placed candles and flowers in the backyard and asked Kait to marry him with both of their families there. I absolutely adore this and know their wedding day will be so very full of love with this family!

I loved this engagement session for so many reasons… The people, the light, and the new scenery! Kait and David welcomed me to Peoria for their engagement session during their break from undergrad and David’s start of med school. I’m so glad we were able to spend this time together!  It was so fun to explore the warehouse district and an old golf course with them for their photos. We all three agreed that these locations were perfect for them!

I cannot wait for this wedding day next August!
