It’s a joy to introduce you to Taylor and Karl today! I met these two for their downtown Frankfort engagement photos a few weeks ago, and the summer evening did not disappoint!
Several months ago, these two found my work online through a Google search around their venue. I’ll always be thankful for that! They are kind, down to earth, and just fun to be around! Plus, they’re totally in love with one another, and it makes my heart happy to see their love.
Taylor and Karl are high school sweethearts and have been together for 11+ years. HEART EYES! After high school, they dated long-distance through college. Then after graduation (and a Masters degree!), they purchased their first home in Frankfort. Just a few weeks after they closed on their home, Karl proposed to Taylor in their new backyard… Complete with pictures from when their relationship started in 2008 (Kyle and I started dating this same year, too!), rose petals, and more! What a beautiful start to this new life chapter of theirs! Now, these two share a love for watching and playing sports, exploring their local community whether it’s by enjoying dinner out or a stroll at the farmers market, and watching Bravo tv shows together!
On the evening of their downtown Frankfort engagement photos, the summer humidity dropped, and we were thankful for the most beautiful evening. And that sunset! Wait until you see those photos – they’re my favorite. At their session, I shared with Taylor and Karl that they got one of my favorite kinds of sunsets… This session was so fun!
