Eeeek… I am in LOVE with how my bridal expo booth came together for The Elegant Bridal Expo this year!

For the past several months, I have been brainstorming ideas + gathering items for my booth. My rebrand + website redesign last fall were key to the styling and design for this booth – goodness, I loved coordinating all of these details.

My husband and dad are always willing to help me with these “projects”, and I am so thankful for how they support my business in this way. Last year’s expo booth setup and photo wall was constructed thanks to those two. This year while my hubby was deployed, my dad was my go-to guy to make this beautiful white-washed wood wall come alive. I knew from the start that I wanted to incorporate white-washed wood from my branding, so there wasn’t a better way than to build a wooden plank wall!

I gathered the inspiration from the headboard my husband made for our master bedroom and ran with the idea. Of course, my dad was the technical expert when it came to the logistics for this free standing wall. It had to be safe, sturdy, AND easy to transport. I have to say that he knocked this out of the park! And – I’m an Annie Sloan Chalk Paint lover – so of course I used ASCP Old White for the white-wash technique. Ummmm… I’m OBSESSED!

Now for the other details… I used frames + decor from last year’s booth like my giveaway bucket, standing sign, rug, and photo easels. I created handout cards, ordered new prints, and designed custom album samples. Then, I hunted for the perfect accent chairs (love the teal!) + purchased them from Target, and the adorable side table, well it’s from our home! And oh yes, I’m leaving out one detail… The pinky peach glitter tablecloth from Etsy! I cannot tell you how many compliments I got on this detail in the booth. It’s feminine, fun, and totally ME!

This booth was the culmination of my brand and myself, and I am so happy to share it with YOU! And guess what? My booth for Kara Evans Photographer was voted “Best Booth” at the Champaign expo… Yay, what an honor!
