Ryan is from where I grew up in Sheldon, Illinois, but I remember meeting his fiancé Sarah at one of the first few weddings I ever photographed in Peoria, Illinois. When Sarah contacted me early last spring, I remembered her immediately and recognized her from the previous wedding.
Sarah and Ryan are both doctors, so their schedules are crazy busy, but Sarah always managed to talk, text, or message me about wedding details as they planned them. I love talking to my brides and keeping up on their wedding plans, whether it is on the phone, via text, or email. It is fun and rewarding to see how their wedding days unfold after hearing about all of the details throughout the months prior to the wedding day.
Their wedding and reception were held at the Wildlife Prairie Park near Peoria, Illinois. The wedding events overlooked the bison and elk herds in the nearby prairie park.
