On Friday, I traveled to Danville, Illinois to photograph Ashley and Wade’s wedding day. Their wedding was small and they were married surrounded by their closest family members. I was honored to have the opportunity to capture the day.

I’ve known Ashley since I was a little girl. She babysat me, my sister, and my two cousins, Shana and Sara while we grew up. Let me tell you… She’s a saint to have wrangled four crazy little girls on a daily basis! She probably thought she was crazy for taking the job at first, but all of us have since become family – Ashley is just another sister.

Ashley said she didn’t want many photos, but we got some wonderful shots! I got to photograph them before and after the ceremony, so it was wonderful to spend that much time capturing just the two of them on the big day.
