Ummm, where did September go? It’s unbelievable that it’s already the first week of October, and my favorite month of the year has passed by! Now, onto my birthday month!
September brought a small bit of relaxation in the midst of busy season, and I am oh so thankful for that! Busy is good, but it’s important to make time to rest, take care of ourselves, and truly enjoy the life each of us has! So, this year, I took Labor Day weekend off work – that’s right, NO work at all. It was so nice to take a little break and “me” time!
After that, I had family sessions, second shot a wedding with another photog named Kara, went to a bachelorette party weekend in Nashville (FUN!!!), photographed an unseasonably warm late September wedding, and spent my last week of September at my alma mater for work. Oh, and my hubby and I celebrated our 8 year dating anniversary at the end of the month, too!
