Another day, another studio session this winter!
Meet the Benoit family! I’ve known Caleb as a fellow small business owner since moving to Kankakee County in 2015. Caleb owns an amazing coffee roastery – Connect Roasters – and we’ve always been big fans!
Throughout the years, I’ve collaborated with Caleb on a few photo projects and even on a camera workshop where he served coffee (this feels like forever ago and was circa 2016, I believe!) but hadn’t had the chance to photograph him and his wife Cody until this winter.
A few weeks before their little girl arrived, they visited me at the studio for maternity photos. I loved getting to catch up with this couple in the days before they became parents. Caleb and Cody were so photogenic, and you could see the love and excitement in their eyes and smiles all throughout the session.
These moments are so so sweet, and I’m thankful we captured them!
