Where is the studio located?
Studio 388 is located at 388 East Court Street, Suite 101, Kankakee, IL 60901. Street parking is available along East Court Street and South Indiana Avenue. There is additional parking available on the east side of the building in front of the B. Harley Bradley House mural.
What are the rates & availability?
The studio is available to rent 7 days a week. Studio rentals are currently $70/hour. A full day rental is available for $375.
What are the requirements to rent?
At the time of booking, a signed studio rental contract and rental rate paid in full are required. Invoice must be paid within 48 hours of receiving to secure rentals.

What time of day is the light the best?
The windows at the studio are on the north side of the space, so there is natural, filtered light during daylight hours. We love the light all throughout the day in the studio!
Are there any restrictions?
We kindly ask that you please take great care of our space. The use of glitter, fake snow, confetti, and fire are all prohibited. Cake smash sessions must be requested and approved in advance. No smoking, illegal substances or dangerous conduct permitted. Alcoholic beverages without prior permission are not allowed. All trash must be disposed of in the provided trash can. No modifications to the studio shall be made, and the studio must be left in the condition it was found. Clean up fees may apply. No nails, screws, staples, command strips/hooks, etc. should be used on our walls. Any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be immediately billed to the renter.
What props are included?
Use of the couch, rugs, bed, chairs, bench, and backdrop system are available to renters. Please take care of the backdrop system as if it’s your own and do not put dirty shoes on it. We kindly ask that if you choose to use the bed, please bring your own bedding and pillows.

Are pets allowed in the studio?
Yes, we allow dogs in the studio! Please make sure the space is left as you found it and any dog hair is cleaned up from the floors before exiting the studio.

How big is the studio space?
The studio is 500 sq. ft. and can easily accommodate small groups for photo & video content and more. For small events, a group of up to approximately 15 people is most comfortable.
