Today is a happy, happy day because I get to share a super fun session with some of our best friends! This Kankakee anniversary photo session was one for the books!
Remember Autumn and Michael?! These two got married last summer (see their wedding here), and they’re some of our best friends. Their gorgeous summer wedding day really does seem like yesterday, but these two already celebrated their first wedding anniversary! Last fall, we moved to their neighborhood, and we just love doing life with these two and living only three minutes from each other. We’re always looking forward to more celebrations, dinners around the table, puppy play dates, and drinks on the patio in all the years to come of our friendship! 10/10 recommend living in the same neighborhood as your friends!
Now for more about their session! We met on a mid-September evening for their anniversary photos in downtown Kankakee. I mean, you guys, my bestie is GORGEOUS and her hubby isn’t too bad himself! This couple is the perfect match, and I loved documenting these married days of theirs. After we wrapped photos in downtown Kankakee, Autumn and Michael picked up their pup Willy, and we met up at Perry Farm to round out the session. All in all, this session was one of my favs!
