Nicole and Austin are so sweet! These two were amazing on a cold November day for their couples session, AND they were even willing to explore the Bourbonnais, IL area with me for their session… LOVE it!

A few months ago, Nicole reached out to me about photographing her and her boyfriend Austin for their three year dating anniversary. A friend from Illinois College that now attends veterinary school with Nicole referred her – how fantastic! I am so thankful, and so of course, I was very excited from the start!

Nicole told me that she wanted to surprise Austin, and it was so fun to me! It’s so fun to see different couples’ “love languages” and how Nicole knew that Austin would love this surprise! I  just know that if I were in her shoes, I couldn’t have kept that secret from my hubby! My excitement sometimes gets the best of me!

I enjoyed spending time with this couple, watching them interact and express their love, listening to their love story that started with a blind date and dinner, and photographing them after Nicole’s surprise to Austin. Here’s a look at some favorites from this couples session!
