Kankakee Natural Light Newborn Photographer | The Slifer Family

It was such a joy welcoming the Slifer family into my natural light studio in downtown Kankakee! I couldn’t be happier to celebrate another new family of four with newborn and family photos. This year has been filled with families welcoming new little ones (especially baby boys!), and I am honored to capture these memories for them.

Teddy and baby Noah are the cutest little duo of brothers. Noah was especially sweet and cuddly for his first photos, though he was far too curious to nap through the session! I love to reassure new parents that it’s perfectly normal if your baby doesn’t sleep the entire time. Whether they’re snoozing or wide-eyed, my goal is to make everyone feel relaxed and comfortable so you can truly enjoy the experience. I love focusing on both newborn and family photos at newborn sessions. It’s so special to photograph your family with the newest addition and to focus on your new little one, too!
