Fall Family Photos in Kentland, Indiana | The Pence Family

My last outdoor session of 2025 was with the sweetest Pence family, and goodness, these photos have my whole heart. After photographing holiday minis inside Jessica’s boutique, we stepped just outside into downtown Kentland for a few more photos, and I’m so glad we did. [Stay tuned for those holiday photos on the blog, too!] A simple little walk around the block turned into the sweetest moments.

This session is such a great reminder that family photos don’t have to be complicated. We didn’t go far, we didn’t need a big backdrop, and we didn’t overthink it. We just stepped outside and let the Pence family be themselves. The result? Natural, relaxed, joy-filled photos that feel so true to who they are.

I loved wrapping up my outdoor season with this family and am so grateful for them and all the families that bring so much joy in front of my camera. What a beautiful way to close out 2025!
