It’s official… I am IN LOVE with warm summer light!

Don’t get me wrong, I love all of the seasons, but there is just something so encouraging about that warm summer light shining through in the evenings. I truly believe it is good for the soul.

Elijah’s mama found me in Jacksonville, Illinois, and setup a session before they traveled back home for the school year. They have family in town and visit during her summer and winter breaks from teaching third grade!

I sincerely enjoyed this session – Elijah was such a happy little man, and he absolutely loved being outdoors. There were so many new things to do and see, and he could not get enough of it! This made the session so fun because he was completely relaxed, curious, and simply happy!

I hope to see this family again when they visit Jacksonville again in the winter months!
