Last week I had the amazing opportunity to work with Samantha Newman from SJK II:  The Beauty Parlor in Watseka, Illinois. I’ve known Sam for a little over a year now, as she booked Kelcy Knauth and myself as her wedding photographers last spring. We captured her drop-dead gorgeous fairytale wedding this past April. After the wedding, Samantha opened her own local hair studio.

I love that Sam is up for anything, hence the model session. She is creative, super fun, and loves doing hair and makeup. For our session, she got to try out her airbrush makeup. It was so neat! I may have to go in and have her try it on me sometime… Who doesn’t love a little glitz anyway?
