My sweet sister and brother-in-law are having a baby girl!

It all truly started to feel real – that my sister is going to be a MOM – at her baby shower not too long ago! I am so proud of her and Sebastian and know they will be incredible parents thanks to our childhood and amazing parents combined with Sebastian’s awesome parents, too.

Over the past months, I have eagerly been looking forward to this photo session (of course you can imagine why!)… I’ve been photographing Alyssa and Sebastian, well, since I started photography since they were my very first photo clients. This session was so different than all the rest though because we could celebrate their amazing relationship, all that they have grown through together, and their soon-to-be born baby girl. I love it so!

We were incredibly thankful for a beautiful – and slightly cooler – evening for their maternity session. It’s like God knew we needed a little break from the heat that evening, and He provided just that and more. The skies were incredible on this evening, too!

Of course, we included my nephew puppy Max in photos just like we always do, too. These people and photos are so near and dear to my heart, and I am beyond excited to meet and snuggle and spoil this little girl just like Aunt Kara and Uncle Kyle are meant to!
