Today, I’m sharing one of my all time FAVORITE tools as a small business owner… Trello!
My sweet friends Britt and Kelsey at Launch Your Daydream introduced me to Trello, and I’m forever grateful that they did! Trello is an online task management tool. Within Trello, I organize my business tasks, weekly to-do’s, content calendar, blog brainstorming and upcoming posts, workflows for my wedding, session, and coaching clients, and even personal tasks, too. Using this tool has totally revamped my pen + paper processes to be more digital and streamlined… But oh yes, I still LOVE pen and paper for planning, goal setting, to-do lists, and more. Trello just allows me to create boards and manage these tasks in a more streamlined way! Plus, it helps me with being able to work anywhere 🙂
While, yes, this tool is a must-have for any small business owner, it is also an amazing tool that anyone can use (plus you can share boards, projects, and more with your team members or family members, too)! It’s true that I use the tool primarily for my business, but I also have boards within Trello for personal goals, home projects, and other personal tasks. Friend, if you’re anything like me and working to streamlined processes within your life… I would argue that a task management tool like Trello is just what you need!
