Can this really benefit me as a photographer? 

A million times, yes! As a virtual assistant for photographers, it's my job to help take things off of your plate so that you can get back to doing what you love. You have important things to do in your business and life, and it's my job to help you focus on the most important things. How you choose to spend your time as a photographer has great impact on finding success, balancing life and business, and feeling fulfilled by your work. In order to spend time on high-priority tasks in your photography business, it is important to spend less time on lower-priority tasks – and that's where I come in to help.

Do you offer custom packages?

Monthly retainer packages begin at $400, but I totally get it – every business is unique so I want to work with you to select a package that works best for you & your business. If you're looking for something else, I'd love to connect and create a custom package for you. On the other hand, if you're looking for customized help via a 1:1 mentoring session, I offer that service, too!

Do hours rollover from the previous month?

Hours do not rollover from the previous month, but that's nothing to worry about! One monthly planning call is included with all retainer packages, so this helps us plan for each month of working together! We work closely together to plan tasks for the month and to make sure we're maximizing my time and your investment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I have to train you?

Yes! As part of the onboarding process and starting to work together, you will have to train me on your processes & procedures and/or explain what you need done and how you like it done in your business. The best way to train me is by sharing videos, screen recordings, voice memos, or talking over the phone/video meetings. When we start working together, you will need to go over everything that I will be helping you with – having documents in place that outline your business procedures are extremely helpful but not required. I'm a fast learner and ready to jump in!

What programs are you comfortable working in?

These are some of the programs & tools I love: Dubsado, Trello, Wordpress, Blogstomp, Pixieset, Smart Albums, Adobe Suite, Tailwind, Creator Studio, Later, ShowIt, GSuite, Google Sheets & Docs, Quickbooks, and MileIQ. Is there a program or tool that you don't see listed and love using in your photography business? No worries, I'm happy to jump in and learn from you!
